30 Day Free Resizing

Joe Tonos Jewelers wants your ring to fit properly.  Free resizing is available within the first 30 days for all platinum, white gold and yellow gold rings.  To have your item resized free-of-charge, please bring it in or return it to us.

Free Battery Replacement

We offer free battery replacement for all of our JOTONOS signature watches. Battery replacement for other brands is as little as $8.00

Jewelry Repair

We offer expert jewelry repair on jewelry we sell.  In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back or brought in to Joe Tonos Jewelers for inspection and/or repair.

Returns

In order to process a return, FIRST contact us at 662-335-1160.  To mail an item to us:

1.     Place your item into any standard plain brown box. Boxes may be purchased at the post office for less than $2.00.

2.     If the value of your package is $500.00 or less, send your item using First Class Mail with insurance. If your item is valued above $500.00, use Registered Mail with insurance. The cost to ship your item with insurance will range from $5.00 to $25.00.

5.     We should receive your item in 2-10 days, depending on your location.

6.     All refunds will be processed within five days and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires are refunded via company check.

Additional Terms & Conditions

We may refuse packages that are beyond the 15-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured.  If you are sending an item in for repair, please call us at 662-335-1160 so that we will be expecting your package.

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted. Loose diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate. Special orders, customized items and custom design pieces are not returnable.
